Ajai has 25 years of work experience having started his career as a Management Consultant with the Consulting and Applied Research Division of the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. Ajai worked for Philips India in various capacities having been exposed to all aspects of Sales Management, product launches, developing the dealer network & new distribution channels. Ajai played a vital role in the launch of the Puma and Disney Brands in India. He was the architect for building the retail business in the Northern Region & Western Region and again played a key role in launching the Disney Brand in India.

Lynda has been involved in the B-coach community for six years….learning, teaching, training and coaching. She and her husband own Wyndham Mills International Partners, which is affiliated with Wyndham Mills International, a retained search firm. WMIP supports the search firm through coaching, leadership development and consulting. Both Lynda and her husband work with corporate individuals and teams at the manager level and above. Lynda graduated from the University of Georgia in 1965 and earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 1975. She practiced this discipline for 20 years, leaving to begin a career in coaching.

Blanca brings over 15 years of international business experience in Canada, Mexico and the United States with direct hands-on management experience in Strategic Business Planning, Organizational Development, Human Resources Planning and Development, Corporate Development, Management Accounting, Corporate Compliance, Administration, Sales and Customer Service. Having first hand cross functional experience as an Executive and working closely with Management Committees and Executive Boards, Blanca brings a multi perspective understanding of the complex Corporate needs of the Service and Manufacturing Sectors.

Michael Groves is a seasoned professional in strategic process integration and project management. His focus has been large companies in the volatile telecom and international banking sectors. Michael delivers services for personal and business effectiveness, developmental coaching, business consulting, Organization Development seminars and Resilience-Enabled Leadership workshops. He specializes in and prefers to work with people who want to make a difference in their lives at home and in their career. She has collaborated with CEO's, CIO's, Executives and Managers within major institutions for over twenty years.

Karen has worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors in the U.K., Canada, and the U.S. in jobs as diverse as environmental research, Executive Director of a not for profit, business development specialist and national seminar leader. Her strengths lay in her ability to help people see new perspectives and find the common ground to move forward, even when on opposite sides. My coaching and group facilitation work is rooted in a deep respect for the immense potential in all of us. The process of earning a recent MA degree in transpersonal psychology and learning a unique group facilitation process with a Zen master has inspired and supported my work. While serving as a Senior Project Office Manager he earned his certification as Project Management Professional (PMP). He has led several software development and delivery projects as well as business initiative and process improvement projects.

David is a business coach specializing in coaching technical and scientific managers to be more effective. David has a PhD in Organic Chemistry and has worked as a research chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, the polymer industry, and in contract research organizations. David is also an experienced Human Resources manager and holds an SPHR Certification. During his 10 years in HR he has provided support to managers and associates at all levels of the organization and implemented HR systems and practices globally.
