Ajai did his Masters in Business Administration from the Motilal Nehru Institute of Research & Business Administration, Allahabad.

Ajai has 25 years of work experience having started his career as a Management Consultant with the Consulting and Applied Research Division of the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. He did several diverse consulting assignments during his employment.

Ajai worked for Philips India in various capacities having been exposed to all aspects of Sales Management, product launches, developing the dealer network & new distribution channels.

Ajai played a vital role in the launch of the Puma Brand in India. He was the architect for building the retail business in the Northern Region & Western Region.

Ajai again played a key role in launching the Disney Brand in India. He worked with the K.K.Modi Group of Companies, in various capacities and various businesses including the Chief Operating Officer of Modi Films and the Chief Executive of Modi Entertainment.

Ajai is a keen trainer focusing on Leadership, Sales & Customer Service.  He is very actively involved in helping organizations implement the Balanced Scorecard and automate it.

Ajai is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, Certified Attributes Index Analyst.  He is a Certified Master Trainer for Achieve Global, Blake & Mouton, Leadership Foundations & Entretel.  He is a Master Leadership Coach and an International Faculty. He is also the only Ken Blanchard Coach in India.
