Specific CCS Standards

  • We will hold meetings of various prescribed lengths during a 14week period using whatever means is described in the proposal.
  • Regular Check-ins are to be conducted for 15 minutes based on schedule set out in the scorecard.
  • Written check-ins called performance agreements are required to be submitted in writing by email, or entered directly into the system (future) by participants, sponsors and facilitators, when required within 24 hours of the check-in or 1 business day.
  • Performance Reports are to be discussed the following week when updates are made to the scorecard and a new performance agreement is created and submitted following the synchronous session: telephone, web, or in person. They are due 24 hrs before the required verbal check-in.
  • Copies of the updated scorecard will be emailed or made available (future) within 3 hours of the check-in by the CCS Administrator based on options selected upon commencement of the coaching interactions.
  • Open communication by email is available at any time during the 14 week period. Email will be limited to one email exchange per day in total accumulation during a 5 day week, unless otherwise specified.
  • CCS Participants are required to read the intake letter and to complete the Coaching Information Form before session #0 which is the ScoreCard Creation Session. Participants must have identified an approved sponsor prior to Session #0
