Preparation for the CCS System Interaction

In preparation for your adventure in the CCS, we want your help in preparing us to make your journey as enriching as possible. We do not REQUIRE you to complete anything more than you find worthy of consuming. The following are suggestions that may enhance your work with your coach.

The Coaching Information Form (CIF) is designed to capture your vital statistics, information about your background and the essential components of your present reality and desired future states. There is nothing to be afraid of here and if you don’t know the answers to the questions posed, just answer with what comes up for you. There are no right or wrong answers, there are just your answers.

We are using the form and assessments in several ways. The form will only be shared with your coach and will be a part of your CCS personal file. Your coach will work with you each week on issues that you have identified that are important to you and your professional life. If there are issues that you feel uncomfortable with, you will not be asked to center your discussion on those issues. You of course, realize that you are the whole you and the issues are often critical to finding and actualizing your whole self, but the essence of the coaching is not about your issues but about surfacing, exploring and supporting your purposeful journey through life through deeper levels of self-knowledge and engagement.

Engagement Model

The information form will be adapted with your help for your use as a member of the CCS. Please forward your ideas, suggestions and comments so that we may integrate and improve this vital document. One of the reasons for asking for this information is to create a current map of reality for you to use on your CCS journey which can be used as you and your developmental team witness your own development over time.

We hope that you would create a developmental journal that would house all of your maps, so that when navigational issues come up for you, as they do for us all, that you can rely on the maps you are creating to orient you on your path to whatever form of enlightenment and happiness you choose to pursue.

It is critical to examine yourself in terms of a complex adaptive system, both from the perspective of a living expression of spirit and as a participant in a living system. Business coaching relies on our ability to see things in terms of systems and relationships and this is true in your own life as well as the lives and roles of people who coach you and people you coach. I look forward to this journey of development with you and am at your service in terms of how we spend our time together during this program.
